推新POLO改装全过程
实现了我一直以来的WRC梦想后（大家不清楚可以看我之前206论坛上的贴http://www.xcar.com.cn/viewthread.php?fid=283&tid=3492824&fpage=8），
我朝着我的第2个梦想飞奔~我要飚车进川，这是一直梦寐以求的。
正好，那天我在反复观看地图的同时，电话响起耳边熟悉的铃声：神话~
接了电话，传来老兄弟的声音
“十六，过来成都吧！”... ...
放下电话我兴奋不已,离我梦想已经很近了.先进川,后进藏是很必然的路线.
而且我也接到任务,将是我新一轮的挑战!
新POLO劲情改装方案!!
333车队在中国延续了POLO的赛车血统~使国内POLO改装得到发展和推动...
这次受兄弟之约来到川都实在兴奋不已
一到这里~就开始了新POLO的新方向塑造
接下来,带大家进入我的改装全历程~希望大家拍砖
我们购买的OZ钢圈,正如我所说要视觉上改到一拜!所以选用了17寸~

购买了轮胎~我们一共是两部新POLO~白色1.4和红色1.6~轮胎尺寸是215/45/16
不考虑动力情况下,已经是一拜,完全的台湾风格.

现在我们开始研究新POLO身体的各个部分,确定体质~以定制合适的方案

前左羊角~大家清楚的看到有一条连杆连接避震~可能是厂家所谓的防倾杆
具体的作用有待确定啊~

新POLO后轮上原厂已经换为鼓碟~但详细观看了之后,原来还留下卡钳的
桥位哦~估计老POLO的后碟刹车可以直接换装上去!而且刹车管固定位置
全部都保留,这个方式不是厂家给改装预留空间,而是更加节约成本的缘
故.

开始将POLO的排气拆下来!~

芭蕉与头段的接口也与老POLO不相同!

但全段排气都要拆下,的确是个浩大的工程,因为尾段和中段是连在一起
的,拆卸需要拆除后桥.

拆掉后桥连接车架的轴.

整个拆卸过程~已经将后桥与车身分离

工作人员一共花了1个多小时~才拆掉~这下要拉出排气后段与中段

加上轮胎,为达到一拜的话,牺牲了很多的东西做为[b]代价![/b]首先高
度就是另人头痛的问题了!

接下来~我们将1.4的POLO做一些小手术~首先为它加上地线!

再给引擎换上点火跟准确的铱金火花塞,我们选择了电装!
